This is West facing Single bedroom House plan. In this house plan, if we observe the Northwest room, it has some options like kids bedroom or office or living room, etc. Residents can plan accordingly based on their requirement.

This house plan may be the best use for a single-family which may have only wife, husband, and one kid, etc. This plan has staircase shown at the inside of the house.

The starting point of the staircase is from East and moving towards the West, which marked as "Up" and shown with one arrow too. It has complete North balcony and it travels up to East middle part.

This house is also having one door towards Eastern Northeast and Northern Northeast. The main entrance door is Western Northwest. Spacious windows at family room.

Particularly those who has only 25X40 feet or 30X40 feet sites, then they can plan the house like this way. This house plan does not have South vacant space. If anybody does compulsory requires to have the South vacant space and their plot measurement may be 25X40 feet then, they may get only one bedroom instead of having two bedrooms. If residents never require North open space then they may plan for two bedrooms in this same measurements, the unfortunate thing maybe they never get the North open space.

We know well that having North open space brings money, business opportunities, etc. Pooja room is shown at Northeast part of the Kitchen. Entire Northeast room at this home has more windows and has good ventilation.

If residents need to have only Northeast door access then they may plan to enter the home from Northeast-north door. One common toilet also provided at Southeast area, there should be some gap has to be maintained after this toilet from East compound wall.

If residents require then they may plan for one shop which is suitable at Southwest location in this entire plot. After this shop, some gap has to maintain and then start house construction, become more safe for the residents.

If residents do not require shop then they may plan to leave some space at West and more space at East. This house plan shown with two main entrance gates. One is almost West gate which is people used to enter from this gate, another big gate is for vehicles.

Those who don't like to have pooja room at Kitchen and wish to have a separate Pooja Mandir room, then this plan may be suitable for them. In this plan, East door may be missed. If residents require then they may have the East door too with windows. Almost having Northeast-north door. Can arrange the Northwest room as their kid's bedroom or a living room. Remaining all is almost same to same. If residents need to have inside the toilet for their kids then they may arrange two toilets in between the two bedrooms. This house is also suitable for single families like wife, husband, girl and boy (total two kids) etc. In these small plots like 25X40 feet can able to arrange all in single floor. If residents wish to construct two-floor house then they may get spacious rooms with many more facilities.
