If your land is having any water well and you are planning to start constructing over the water well, then please cover with mud including stone. After this process, fill that area with water and leave it for 3 days.

Observe the land after 3 days, if there is any sink area found at that location, again start the same process of filling mud with stones and fill that area with water and wait for 3 days to verify whether the land is still sinking or had turn it solid.

This process should be done until the wetland should disappear and it should become dryland.

Then please show that land to one expert civil engineer, they will perform some testing processes for the land strength.

Without engineer's personal visit and testing the land, residents should not build the house over the well. If the engineer is not available or it's not possible to show that land to a civil engineer, and it is too required to construct the house in that same land i.e, about the water source well then ...

Leave that for at least 15 days and observe is there any wetland or dry land. If there is a wetland, again fill it with water and leave the area for 1 month. Check it again, if there is a wetland, then don't construct the house.

Please search for other lands for house construction. If the land is completely dry, then start digging for the bedrock and here double standards of fillings should be applied that any mason can explain.
