Vastu in Victoria:
From the earliest days of human existence, numerous methods have been discovered to make life smoother, more pleasant, and peaceful. Sometimes these efforts fail, but often, extraordinary innovations arise from dedication, focus, and observation of the environment, contributing to the betterment of humanity.
One such remarkable discovery is "Vastu Shastra." Though it originated thousands of years ago, Vastu is still practiced by millions globally. While modern sciences have replaced many ancient practices, Vaastu Shastra continues to hold significant relevance in today's world, proving irreplaceable.
In today’s era, increasing mental tensions, difficulties, and depression have made life challenging.
While people often turn to medical help, Vasthu Shastra offers natural remedies for these problems. By simply following certain Vastu tips and construction methods, negative Vastu effects can be avoided, allowing us to live in harmony (explore detailed insights on Home Vastu information).
We are truly impressed by the development and beauty of Victoria. As one of the most populous states in Australia, we wholeheartedly support the promotion of Vaasthu science here, as it brings peace and prosperity without incurring extra costs when Vastu principles are followed.
Before you start building your house as per Vastu, flats as per Vastu, office spaces as per Vastu, factory with Vastu ideas, hotel, or swimming pool, we recommend consulting us, and our Vastu consultant will provide the appropriate guidance.
Here are some important links that offer valuable information about various directions:
Learn how to find the east direction and build your home accordingly by visiting the East facing house Vastu link. Some mistakenly believe that an East-facing house guarantees success without considering key factors, leading to selling homes later. Why?
Many believe that West-facing homes are not favorable. Read more about West facing house Vastu and understand its pros and cons.
After hearing about North Facing House Vastu, people often rush to buy homes, later selling them, thinking North-facing homes bring luck and wealth. But is all this information accurate?
Do you know about South facing house Vastu? Many are alarmed by this direction, but it can be highly favorable when Vastu is applied correctly.
Here are additional links about inclined directions:
We have extensive experience with Northeast facing house Vastu. Avoid purchasing properties with limited Vastu knowledge, as improper Vastu can cause significant distress. Remember, the Vastu of a property is more important than its direction.
Not all Southeast facing houses are bad. Some properties bring favorable outcomes. Before making a decision, consult a Vastu expert to assess the property and ensure it meets Vastu principles.
It’s a well-documented fact that some Southwest facing houses Vastu have brought good fortune to residents. Based on the layout, you may need to relocate the master bedroom from Southwest to Northeast.
Though some Northwest facing houses Vastu may have challenges, not all are problematic.
Everyone has the right to harmony, balance, and happiness, and our goal is to ensure that all individuals maintain it.

Victoria Overview:
Victoria is one of Australia’s six federal states. Small but densely populated, it is bordered by New South Wales to the north, South Australia to the west, and Tasmania lies to the south, separated by the Bass Strait, with the Tasman Sea to the east.
Melbourne, Victoria's coastal capital, is known for Federation Square, a modern development featuring bars, plazas, and restaurants along the Yarra River.
The Southbank area features the Melbourne Arts Precinct and the National Gallery of Victoria, showcasing Australian and indigenous art.
Victoria is renowned for its cultural scene, art galleries, museums, sports (especially cricket), and its prestigious universities.
The “Melbourne Cricket Ground,” located in Melbourne, is one of Australia’s largest cricket venues and is referred to as the “spiritual home” of Australian cricket.
It is estimated that indigenous Australians migrated to this region around 40,000-60,000 years ago, possibly from Indonesia via a land bridge. They relied on hunting, fishing, and cattle farming, with archaeological findings such as tools and human remains providing insights into their lives.
This area was first explored by British sailor Lieutenant James Cook in 1770, and the first colony was established in 1803, consisting mostly of convicts and a few soldiers and civilians. Further exploration inland followed, seeking areas for additional settlements.
Victoria was part of “New South Wales” until 1851 when it became a separate state. That same year, the discovery of gold sparked one of the largest gold rushes in history, attracting people from across the world, especially from China, causing a population boom.
In 1901, Victoria became part of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Victoria's diverse geography features forests, rivers, scenic coastlines, fertile plains, and greenbelts. The state’s climate varies depending on whether you're near the coast, plains, or mountains.
Victoria boasts Australia’s second-largest economy, with agriculture, mining, manufacturing, and Health services as its leading sectors. The state’s fertile land, favorable climate, and abundant water resources make it ideal for high-quality crop production, including wheat, barley, and oats. Additional crops include asparagus, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes.
Agriculture is further supported by fishing and livestock farming, while Victoria processes large amounts of meat, milk, and fish products. Manufacturing industries also flourished, particularly after major investments during World War II to support the war effort.
Melbourne is Victoria’s primary industrial hub, home to sectors like automobile assembly, food production, chemicals, and oil refining, with low energy costs reducing production expenses. Though gold mining has declined, Victoria remains active in oil and petroleum extraction. The services sector is the state’s fastest-growing industry, and Victoria’s many tourist destinations enhance its reputation as one of Australia’s most scenic states.
Christianity remains the dominant religion in Victoria, followed by a significant non-religious population (26.7%). Due to high immigration, the state also has a diverse population practicing Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, and other faiths. Seventy percent of Victoria’s population resides in the capital, Melbourne.
We continually offer Vastu services to various communities. For residents of Victoria, we are offering free online Vastu Specialist services. Due to rising home prices in Melbourne, many Indians are relocating to Western suburbs like Wyndham Vale, Williams Landing, Tarneit, Point Cook, and Hoppers Crossing. Before buying property in these areas, it’s advisable to select homes with favorable Vastu to avoid potential issues.

We are tech professionals and working in USA. After a year long search we brought the house. After buying the house I started looking for consultant who can help me evaluating the house. I came across Subhavaastu website which has lot of information. I contacted Mr.Suresh and requested him to help with our house vastu. It has been an incredible delight working with him.. He is very detailed oriented person and never compromises with his work. I am typically not interested to deliver the reviews. But after working with Mr. Suresh I decided to share my experience. Mr. Suresh has great expertise in providing vastu consultation to USA property. He is always available through email and phone l to answer questions. I am writing this review hoping it will help other people like me who lives in abroad. Please take advise before buying the house. I highly recommend Mr. Suresh as he has great experience with structure of USA properties and also he provides genuine consultation. I really appreciate Mr. Suresh's help in evaluating our house - Padma - Boston - USA
"I contacted Sureshji to consult on our current home. He was spot on in identifying vastu dosha in regards to the problems we were having. He suggested remedies but we are still looking for a new house. Since then I have been in touch with him for finding a right home for us. He is very sincere and truly wishes better lives for everyone. He doesn’t compromise with quality and is always responsive to queries. He recommends solutions as per location as Vastu rules differ for each country. He is greatly contributing to the society with his knowledge of Vastu and dedication towards his work. Keep up the good work Sureshji and wish you success and happiness!" - Megha - Virginia - USA
I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA
