South Facing Home Plan Inner Rooms Discussion

We will discuss all points one by one from the South direction.

There are two gates one is almost extreme Southeast-south, which is more convenient for the car to enter into the home.

Another small gate is regular usage gate which is exactly opposite to the main entrance door of the house.

Resident may plan to place steps to enter into the house. Once enter into house there is lobby shown which exists at Southeast portion, most of the South facing residents may not keep door for this lobby area, the best recommendation is to keep the door to this lobby area, this door will protect from many unseen negative forces.

There is one window marked in the lobby area which falls towards East direction. It is required to have one window, otherwise, residents did not get crosswind. Setting windows as per vastu shastra, this link also helps residents, where to keep the windows, what are the best locations to plan them.

There is one South bedroom, which has a Northeast-north door, another Southwest bedroom is which also availed Northeast-east door.

Breadwinner has to occupy this Southwest bedroom.

Storeroom placed towards almost Southwest-west part of the plinth area.

Pooja room located at West direction.

If residents require then they may place the toilet at Northwest of the Southwest bedroom too.

If residents don't like the toilet after the kitchen, then they may plan a storeroom in between the kitchen and toilet so the toilet is not at all attached to either pooja room or even to kitchen also. In this case, the kitchen may not came towards Northwest, it may move towards West direction. If the plot is 90°, then moving kitchen towards West is not danger, otherwise, get proper guidance from one expert vastu consultant. Finally, residents' purpose will be solved.

In the toilet also the western commode fixed to North wall only, not to South wall, this idea is only based in view of the orthodox family, somebody may not have interest to have the commode to be touch with kitchen wall, for them this toilet commode is best suitable.

Arch is placed in almost center of the big and huge living area (hall).

One portion will be called as a living room and another portion will be called as Family room, in this family room residents may use it as a dining room also if they wish to use.

At Northeast corner this house has Northeast-north and Northeast-east doors too.

This Eastern Northeast door which is parallel to the Kitchen door.

Staircase planned at Northwest area, most of the residents wish to have the staircase near to the entrance only, for them they may plan staircase towards Southwest, we will upload those plans very soon.

Balcony covered entire East direction and half of the part of North direction. If residents like then they may plan complete balcony towards North direction too.
