In this Vastu Chart for Home link we are discussing placements of rooms and other structural parts of the home through an image. In this image, several room locations and other parts of the home were shown in appropriate locations.

1. In the below image there is "DOUBLE RIGHT" marks shown with green color and the background is also marked with green, this is said to be "EXCELLENT" location for such room or structure.

2. Double "GREEN RIGHT" mark also shown in below image, this is said to be "Very Good" or Double OK. For example, you may found this "Very Good" for Kitchen at Northwest.

3. Single "GREEN RIGHT" mark also shown in the image sketch, this is considered to be "GOOD" or "OK".

4. Single "GREEN RIGHT" AND "RED WRONG" marks both were shown in a single box, which indicates about "doubtful" placement of such room or structure.

What is the meaning of "doubtful" here and in this image. For example, take "Kitchen" in this image.

Generally, it is Excellent when it is located in the Southeast corner hence it is marked as "Excellent", on the same way it may not be fit at the Northeast portion and shown with "Danger" mark, and further shown with "Doubtful" indication at West and South placements.

Somewhere it may not be suitable when it is located at South direction, many experts have also opinioned that South is not suitable for Kitchen, but in our observations, it was not given troubles when it was placed at South direction where it is located in huge apartments.

In some South facing homes, Kitchen may not be accommodated at Southeast, in such cases many Vastu Consultants stated that the second best placement for the kitchen is at Northwest and in some homes there may not have accommodation for the kitchen at Northwest corner.

In such cases kitchen was placed at West, they did not express any issues after constructing Kitchen at West direction.

Please note that we never directly suggesting residents about Kitchen should be placed at West kitchen, we stated the possibilities and expressing with our some experiences.

Different Vastu Specialists has diverse experiences. We may not blame anybody here.

Because experiences are the most important for humans future happiness.

In addition to the above argument, Northeast kitchen is not good and most of the Vastu experts never accept Northeast kitchen.

Now one may observe many homes and Vastu in Kerala, most of the homes in Kerala has Northeast Kitchen, we know literacy is 100% in Kerala.

They are also rich and having excellent tourist attractions and getting huge income with different agricultural products.

The history for this Northeast kitchen is the purely different subject here. FYI, we stated that we have to consider many things before expressing views in the subject, when one may come up with many apartment flats in Bangalore and Mumbai, the Kitchen is placed very near to the door for East facing and North facing flats.

It means Kitchen came into almost Northeast, as per Vastu Pandits opinion Northeast Kitchen is totally wrong.

But when many people followed such an idea of installing any room placement in a wrong location that negative will be spread to all homes and it will almost diluted or nullify.

But still, we never propose residents that Kitchen placement towards Northeast, because the system where we have seen is different and giving suggestion to all properties is purely different.

We are always searching for the counterpart location if there is no authenticated placement in the home.

Proposing the best location as per the availability. That is why most of the Vastu Gurus asking residents where is the property, in which state and country.

In Western countries, the home construction system is like this way, most of the homes have two floors, one is for the garage, kitchen, Living Room, family room, mud room, library, nuke, Sunken etc.

In the upstairs/first floor, they have their bedrooms. In such cases, we cannot say that Living Room at Southwest is bad because Indian constructions are different and USA, UK, Australia constructions may be different.

So the Vaasthu chart here is useful for information purpose when we argue with many points the variations will be clearly visible. Some variations apply to the Vastu chart for Flat.

We should not suggest people by knowing only few things in different countries. This chart is general saying.

Doubtful placements have lots of meaning here. Slowly and carefully we have to check each and every part before confirming placements of rooms in the home.

Sometimes we may not express this is the exact placement of any such structure or construction or room etc. For example guest room at East direction.

Because, if there is huge open space at East direction, then guest room towards East is not good idea. If there is no huge open space towards East then we may place guest room at East also. When residents planned guest room at East then they should be careful about Southeast room.

Because heavy usage of Southeast may damage the residents with quarrels in the home, if the guest room was placed at East. This statement is considered to be acceptable for single floor homes. Now readers may understand how the things should be planned in the home as per Vastu.

When discussing on "doubtful placements" in the above image, again we have to take Kids bedroom at Northeast, we showed the "Doubtful mark" at Northeast location.

Because, most of the West facing houses may have Northeast bedroom, for this one may observe several plans in the apartment flats or in the independent homes. We may not find the other placement except Northeast for the kids bedroom if the home is small. The most important point here is Southwest is occupied by Master Bedroom, Southeast is occupied by Kitchen, Northwest is the Entrance and living room. There is only location for the Kids Bedroom i.e., is Northeast.

If any vastu pandit objects that Kids bedroom is not suitable at NE, then lets us discuss on this point, where can we plan the Kids bedroom in the home? For example, if the site of the West plot is 20 X 25. Road facing is 20 feet.

We would like to know, how to plan the Kids bedroom in this single story home. Except for Northeast, there is no any other area for the Kids bedroom or guest bedroom. But it may not be applicable for East facing houses or North facing houses.

Let us discuss for East facing and North facing homes, kids bedroom is suitable at NW and its easier for us to plan them at Northwest direction. Let us know where can Kids bedroom to be planned or Kitchen for this same measurement of 20 X 25 for the South facing homes.
