You are aware of Arunachal Pradesh region, it has lots of hills, ups and downs of land. Availability of Plain level lands are not so easy.

When you are trying to buy a plot or home, first try to search the property which should not have hills at North, East and Northeast directions.

When there are hilly areas, then there is a high chance to flowing water at different places, so better to select the plot which has water flow at North, East and Northeast directions.

Don't buy the plots which has water flow towards West, South and Southwest directions

Slanting the slab towards East is good.

Slanting the slab towards West direction is not good.

Slanting the slab towards South direction is not good.

Slanting the slab towards North direction is good.

Slanting the slab towards Southwest direction is not good.

Slanting the slab towards Northeast direction is good.

If there is a hill towards West and South Directions then there is no need to make your home floor levels as ups and downs for the sake of Vastu.

Generally, Southeast Kitchen is a good idea, so arrange the kitchen towards Southeast room.

Prayer room towards Northeast is auspicious. If possible, make your Northeast room as your prayer room.

Southwest master bedroom is giving good results. Better to arrange the Southwest room as your master bedroom.

Breadwinner selecting Northwest room as their bedroom and kids choose Southwest as their master bedroom is not the good idea.

Arunachal Pradesh, located in the northeastern part of India, is a state with Itanagar as its capital. It shares its borders with Assam and Nagaland to the south, Bhutan to the west, Myanmar to the east, and China to the north.

The name Arunachal Pradesh bears some similarity to Andhra Pradesh, another state in India. Arunachal Pradesh is often abbreviated as "AR," while Andhra Pradesh is known as "AP," owing to their alphabetical order.

In 1913-1914, representatives from China, Tibet, and the United Kingdom convened in India and agreed upon the McMahon Line, which served as a boundary separating British India from China. Sir Henry McMahon, the British administrator at the time, drew this line.

During the era of British India, the region was known as Northeast Frontier Agency (NEFA) until it was renamed Arunachal Pradesh on January 20, 1972, by Sri Bibhabasu Das Shastri, the Chief Commissioner of Arunachal Pradesh. It gained statehood on February 20, 1987, after being a Union Territory.

Arunachal Pradesh is situated in the Himalayan region and is home to several prominent peaks, including Nyegi Kangsang, Gorichen peak, Kangte, and the Eastern Gorichen peak. The state is also crisscrossed by important rivers such as Dibang, Kameng, Subansiri, Siang, Lohit, and Noa-Dihing.

Covering an area of 83,743 square kilometers, Arunachal Pradesh is the 26th largest state in India and has a population of 1.255 million. Approximately 77% of the state is covered by dense forests.

According to the 2011 census, the literacy rate in Arunachal Pradesh stands at 66.96%, with English being the primary medium of education. Notable educational institutions in the state include Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University, Himalayan University, Jawaharlal Nehru College, St Claret College, Indira Gandhi Govt. College, Rajiv Gandhi University, and the National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh.

The religious demographics of the state show that about 31% of the population follows Christianity, while Hinduism, Buddhism, Donyi-Polo, and Islam constitute significant minority religions, with 29%, 11%, 26%, and 1% respectively.

Arunachal Pradesh is well-connected to the rest of the country through roads, highways, and railways. The state has two main highways and several airports including Itanagar Airport, Daporijo Airport, Ziro Airport, Along Airport, Tezu Airport, and Pasighat Airport.
