Tanzania Information:
Tanzania, formally the United Republic of Tanzania is an overwhelming state situated in East-Africa, lying in African Great lakes area. Tanzania circumscribing nations incorporate kenya and Uganda towards the north, Rwanda, Burundi, and Republic of Congo towards the west, and Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique towards the south.
Dark ages tools and fossils unearthed by the archaeologists show that modern Tanzania was home to one of the oldest people in human history, most probably the hunter communities. By the end of the 19th century, the area came under German colonial forces and was part of German East Africa.
After several skirmishes and battles with British forces, the German Army surrendered to the British and the area was permanent British colony till 1960. Shortly after the independence from British in 1960, Tanganyika and Zanzibar became united and became the “United Republic of Tanzania”.
The political system of Tanzania works inside the structure of the unitary presidential democratic republic. The president of Tanzania acts as head of the state and head of the government.
Legislative power is conferred in government and parliament, while the judiciary free of executive and legislature. Until 1992, only one party “Chama Cha Mapinduzi” was legally permitted, but conditions changed in 1992 when the constitution was modified.
Tanzania is divided into several districts and zones. The country’s terrain is marked by fertile costal belts, Mountain ranges, highlands, lakes and national parks. The quality of soil is throughout fertile. Africa’s highest mountain known as “Mount Kilimanjaro” is also located in north-eastern part of the country. The country also partly includes Africa’s largest lakes “Lake Victoria (Africa’s largest and second largest fresh water lake in the world), Lake Tanganyika and Lake Nyasa.
Tanzania is ranked as one of the poorest countries in the world. Although like other poor African countries, Tanzania has a tremendous amount of land, resources, fertile soil, wildlife, etc. Tanzania’s government failed to make stable economy and eliminate poverty. Although during the last few years, the economy is becoming stable and growing at an appreciable rate.
The agriculture sector is the backbone of the country’s economy and most of the workforce is employed by this sector. The industrial sector accounted for contributing only 22.2% in the country’s GDP (2013). The industrial sectors include mining, quarrying, manufacturing, electricity, natural gas, water supply, and construction.
Statics provided by World Bank estimates a population of Tanzania around 55.57 million (2016). Because of high fertility rate, the country is densely populated and population control is inactive. The population is made up of more than a hundred ethics groups.
People of Arab and Indian origin are also present. Due to the diverse culture and many ethical groups, over 126 languages are spoken throughout the country. The “Swahili” serves as an official language. The most widely spoken languages of the country are English and Bantu Swahili. These two languages also serve as lingua franca.
There is no official statics for religions in Tanzania, as there is no census conducted after independence. Stats provided by CIA World fact book estimates that 61.4% are Christian, 35.2% Muslims, 1.8% Folk religion and 0.2% other. Although local religious leaders have estimated that there is an almost same population of Christians and Muslims.

"I contacted Sureshji to consult on our current home. He was spot on in identifying vastu dosha in regards to the problems we were having. He suggested remedies but we are still looking for a new house. Since then I have been in touch with him for finding a right home for us. He is very sincere and truly wishes better lives for everyone. He doesn’t compromise with quality and is always responsive to queries. He recommends solutions as per location as Vastu rules differ for each country. He is greatly contributing to the society with his knowledge of Vastu and dedication towards his work. Keep up the good work Sureshji and wish you success and happiness!" - Megha - Virginia - USA
I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA
