Before coming to us, first he contacted one vastu consultant in Delhi, what happend in the discussions is not known to us. Mr. Sashikanthji contacted us.
He thought the house may not be appropriate. He got final suggestion from one vastu consultant in Rajasthan. Whatever the consultant in Rajasthan said, may not be wrong.
Generally, NW homes are not giving good results. Need to check the measurements of the home and confirm whether it is genuinely NW facing or other direction near to Northwest of west or Northwest of north.
Another local person contacted us to avail advice on vastu for Hospital. Due to their government regulations and permissions problem, he could not contact us again.
He was very much impressed with our approach to his vaasthu requirement, after having our discussions, after 6 months later i.e., May 2011, he got services from us for his Home.
What is the purpose to publish this incidence here? Please note that he is very very far from India, but he has very much interest and taken complete care of Vaastu consultation.

Types of Houses in Belize
Belize is one of the most unique and rich countries in the world in terms of marine life and abundance.
With amazing tropical beaches and endless sceneries, the country is one of the best places in the world to live in.
If we talk about the construction and houses of the country, it is relatively cheaper than North America.
This is the reason that nature admires often migrate to this country and spend a lavish time here.
The culture and the ethnicity of Belize are diverse and due to this, you will find every type of home in the country.
These houses are built by the Native Maya people and different natural materials are used to build these.
The construction of these houses is very simple and easy but some helpers are required to build these homes.
These people search out the forests and collect different materials such as wood and leaves.
Wood is used for walls and pillars while the roofs are covered with the leaves such as cohune leaf.
These houses are similar to those of the Mayan houses but as these people live near or on the beaches, the materials used are somehow different.
Also, for example, palm tree leaves are used instead of cohune. Moreover, mud is also used by these people for different purposes.
Surprisingly, as of today, most of these people have left their traditional practices related to building homes and are now building homes of concrete materials such as blocks and cement.
The majority of the houses in the country, or what we can say the basic homes are built on stilts.
This is due to the heavy rainfall, flooding, and jungles.
As the stilts raise the height of the house from ground level, it remains protected from the water and other jungle harms.
These are the most favorite type of houses in the country. As the name says, these are located on the beach and have beautiful colors and designs.
The wood is often used and they have shapes similar to the huts.
The tourists and foreigners who migrate to Belize prefer these types of houses.
As described earlier, due to cultural diversity, there are a number of different types of houses found in different parts of the country.
So, we can not stick to few types. We hope that this article gave you a good insight into the type of houses in Belize.

The area was discovered by Spaniards in 1506 and declared it a Spanish colony. But they didn’t properly settle due to lack of proper supplies, resources, and dangerous local tribes.
The area was first settled by pirates known as “Baymen”. They considered this area as safe heaven to ambush Spanish ships. The British started their colonial rule in 1862.
During World War 2, Belize contributed significantly by providing men and participating in war efforts. In 1961, the constitution of Belize was renewed by the British and allowed it to self-govern.
However, the attempt for full independence was eliminated due to Guatemala claim of the territory. Belize was finally granted independence on 21 September 1981.

He recommends solutions as per location as vaastu rules differ for each country. He is greatly contributing to the society with his knowledge of Vaastu Shastra and dedication towards his work. Keep up the good work Sureshji and wish you success and happiness!" - Megha - Virginia - USA
I have consulted Suresh Garu during December 2014 during the process of buying a house in Texas, USA. I have occupied the house for one year now, and feel like dropping a review regarding my experience during the entire process. I am very much satisfied with the kind of service I received from him. He is very knowledgeable and I was often stunned by his detailed analysis during the course of my interaction with him. He was very much accessible over phone (perhaps more than 10 times for one house plan!) and the price is very much reasonable especially compared with the cost of the house. I noticed his burning desire to help me in making informed decisions on certain things. I have seen some people pretending to know this subject and misguiding those who come for help by saying only what we want to hear. SubhaVaastu is definitely not that one. Finally, I am strong believer of leaving certain things to experts in those subjects. I have been in US for more than 13 years and have seen people doing their own corrections (by reading website articles) trying to save few dollars. Please don’t do that. You would end up in causing more damage. I highly recommend you to engage SubhaVaastu in your next project - Satish - Dallas - TX - USA
